Return & Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Email info@gracenmason.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you want a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email info@gracenmason.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will cover return shipping for verified defective or incorrect items and will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
