1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Final-sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
2. How to Start a Return

Email info@gracenmason.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email info@gracenmason.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will cover return shipping for verified defective or incorrect items and will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
