Cancellation policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing info@gracenmason.com.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

2. Order Cancellation by Grace & Mason

We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability

• Errors in product information or pricing

• Payment issues

• Suspected fraud

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.
